Can Willy Santos sign the products I'm ordering?

Yes, Willy can sign any of the items you are ordering.  When placing an order be sure to write a detailed message about which product you would like Willy to sign.  Note: All items being signed are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Willy may not be available to sign items, we will email you if this occurs and you have the option to wait for his signature or proceed without it.  You can also email us at info@willysworkshop.com and ask before you place an order.

Where do I Enter my Coupon Code?

Enter Coupon Code at the top of the Checkout page.

How can I be a Willys Workshop Authorized Dealer?

Email us at wholesale@willysworkshop.com about carrying our products in your store at a wholesale price.

The item I'm looking for is not in stock, can I get notified when it is available?

Yes, you may be notified. Email us at info@willysworkshop.com about the item you would like to be notified about and we will contact you when it is back in stock.
Note: Some item are limited and will not be re-released.

How do I track my shipment?

You can refer to your tracking number provided to you by email or log-in to your account for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at customerservice@willysworkshop.com within 30 minutes of your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. In the Subject line write CANCEL, please provide your order number and email address so we may expedite your request.
Note: If you cancel an item purchase with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
