Returns and Exchanges


Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Willys Workshop. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.


*If your item(s) was purchased from one of our authorized dealers, it will need to be exchanged or returned to that specific location.


SALE ITEMS
All Sale items are Final.

EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item from WillysWorkshop.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Request form before you can mail any items back. In the reason for return be sure to give a written explanation of the items you would like, we will then check if the item is available to exchange. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for store credit within 14 days of the invoice date on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges, including the costs of the original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free. Sale items are final sale and are not returnable.

  • All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached (tags that are detached but included will not be accepted).
  • All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization number, obtained via email.

Please note: All items must have a Return Authorization Number issued by a customer service representative. Items returned that do not have a Return Authorization Number and/or do not meet the criteria of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
