  • Include the Invoice Number and a copy of the invoice with your returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will include the purchase price and original shipping charges, if applicable.
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
